    Riderlink™ is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us.

    This privacy policy is updated as needed to coincide with the ever evolving nature of our platform. We encourage you to check this policy periodically and monitor it for any changes for which you may have questions or concerns.

    Our goal is to make this policy easily understandable and reduce any excessive or complicated legalese wherever possible.

    Use of our RiderLink™ website (http://www.rider.link) and/or registration on our mobile application platform constitutes acceptance of this privacy policy and our related Terms of Use (“Terms”) policy.

  2. Information We Collect

    As a visitor, you can browse our website to learn more about our platform. You are not required to provide us any personal information. When you register for the RiderLink™ platform, (“Service”) you are required to provide us certain information in conjunction with use.

    1. – Information You Provide to Us

      We collect information from you when you register with us (“User”). Registration on our platform as a user necessitates the collection of the following information:

      • Name
      • Email Address
      • User Created Password

      During the duration of usage of our platform you may otherwise provide (optionally) the following:

      • Personal Profile Image
      • Any personal information included in any “Free Form” entry feature of our platform.

      Other non-personal (“Free Form”) information you may provide (optionally):

      • Address fields
      • Descriptive Titles/Non-Proper Names

      Usage of our “Messaging” feature of our Service may provide you the opportunity to provide information you may deem to be personal. We do not retain any of this information with the exception for furnishing conversational history in conjunction with our “Messaging” feature. Information collected here is not analyzed or shared in any way. See Section 3 below for more information about utilization of any data collected.

    2. – Automatically Collected Information

      As a user, we automatically collect certain information by the interaction of your mobile device with our Service; this information is typically considered non-personal information. We also collect the following:

      Location Data – We collect your last known location for the purposes of alerting friends to your last place of activity (if allowed) and also to serve you with relevant results with regards to Events and Rider Activity in your area.

      Log Information – We collect information for diagnosis purposes on our Platform. This information includes but is not limited to Mobile Device Type, Operating System Type/Build (iOS/Android), and Application Version Number(s).

  3. Use of Information

    The information we collect and save regarding your interaction with our Service is used to properly administer our platform, your account, maintain effective customer service, and further develop and/or optimize our Service.

    Information you provide to us may be used to better serve you/users/groups of users’ content, specific to your location and interests. We will only collect and process information provided to us for the purposes of running our Service. We WILL NOT sell, rent, or exchange any of this information with any third party, except where required by law or court summons, or in conjunction with any business transaction directly related to our platform or in connection with a service provider we use.

    During utilization of our Service you agree to provide RiderLink™ with accurate and up to date information regarding your account.

    By contacting RiderLink™ using the information within this agreement below you will be able to obtain information we have collected about you. You can also request we remove any information about you, including a request for deletion of your account. We will retain certain information about you in order to reply to any legal inquires, comply with any State, Federal, or International Laws, resolve any disputes that may arise from use of our Service, and enforce any of our agreements contained within our respective website or Service platforms.

    RiderLink™ is committed to protecting your personal information with every resource available to us.

    We, however, cannot guarantee that any unauthorized use of our platform, including entry into our databases is not a possibility. Additionally any type of hardware or software failure, or other unforeseen factors, may compromise the security of our platform and subject your personal information to unintended collection practices.

    Utilization of our website and Service constitutes acceptance of this risk in addition to our “Terms of Use” agreement, as a separate document, which provides for indemnification and release of Riderlink™ from any and all claims or suits arisingfrom misuse of our platform by you or anyone else involving your personal information.
